What it's for

For stiffness, restriction, and movement that isn't what it was

Movement & Mobility Care is for anyone whose movement has become restricted, stiff or simply not what it used to be, regardless of age or ability. It might be a joint that has lost its range, a back that doesn't move as freely as it should, or a general sense that things are seizing up. Whatever the cause, the aim is to find out why, and help you move more freely and comfortably again.

We start with a careful assessment of how you actually move, not just where you feel restricted. Treatment and exercise are then built around that, matched to your body and your daily life, and adjusted as your movement improves.

What to expect

What Movement & Mobility Care involves

A careful assessment

We look at how you move as a whole, not just the joint or area that feels stiff.

Treatment to ease stiffness

Hands-on care to release tight areas and restore comfortable range of motion.

A plan to keep you moving

Guidance and exercise to maintain your mobility long after the stiffness has eased.

What it means for you

Seeing how you actually move

Sometimes the clearest picture comes from watching you move, not just examining you still. Filmed movement analysis can show exactly where a restriction shows up in everyday motion, so treatment and exercise target the right thing.

Reassurance

Safe, gentle, and at your pace

Everything is done with care and at a pace that suits you, and nothing is rushed or forced. The aim throughout is simple: that you feel in good hands, understood, and steadily better.
